What we collect, and why

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number and delivery address, because a courier cannot reach you without them. An email address is optional and is only used to send your order confirmation and to sign you in if you create an account.

We do not ask for card or bank details, because we do not take payment online. You pay cash to the courier.

Who else sees it

Your name, phone number and address go to the courier company carrying your parcel. That is the only place your order details are shared, and they are shared only to deliver that order.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Messages

If you message us on WhatsApp or Facebook, that conversation sits with WhatsApp or Meta under their own terms as well as ours. We keep the thread so we can answer follow-up questions about your order.

The site itself

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people use and where they get stuck. It sets cookies in your browser and records a shortened version of your IP address. It tells us that a page was visited, not who visited it, and we do not try to connect it to your order.

Your browser can block or delete these cookies at any time. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for accounts and for warranty or replacement questions. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer useful.

Asking us to delete it

Message us on WhatsApp or email us and we will delete what we hold about you, other than the order records we are required to keep. You can also ask us what we hold, and we will tell you.
